When I first moved to Denver, I found Central Park by Googling “the best neighborhood in Denver to trick or treat in” and our neighborhood was the first result. It’s so fun to walk around the neighborhood and watching the leaves turn into beautiful colors with a mix of fall and Halloween decorations that are starting to appear on front porches.
If fall is your favorite season, there are plenty of activities to do in and near Denver which will make you fall in love with this area over and over again. Before I get into the current resale market here in Central Park, I’d like to touch on what’s happening with the North End and the new construction happening up there. If you’d like to stay informed with the latest updates, sign up to receive more information from your favorite builders at HomesInNorthEnd.com. Upon signing up, we’ll send you a builder’s cheat sheet which is a quick reference guide describing each builder, the likely all-in cost for each builder’s home, square footage of the homes, and extra information.
