Before we get into residential real estate, some exciting commercial real estate news was announced today. Pearl Market is constructing a gorgeous building in Beeler Park with a projected completion in fall of 2023. The European style market will have seafood and deli counters, a butcher, fresh pasta and produce, coffee shop, and pizzeria. Pearl Wine Company will also be on site offering carefully selected wines, spirits and beer. Not only will Pearl Market be a fantastic place to shop for a nightly meal, but it will be a place to gather with friends and neighbors. As a North End resident, I could not be more excited for this addition to the neighborhood.
Now onto the residential real estate update.
This week there were 7 new homes on the market! Here’s a look at one of my favorites:
This is a must see David Weekley single family home close to Anschutz Medical Campus, Stanley Marketplace, Eastbridge Town Center, F15 Pool, and the Bluff Lake Nature Center. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over 2,800 total sq ft, an attached 2-car garage and a private yard. Gorgeous finishes include two-toned gray and white kitchen cabinets, marble-look quartz island, designer light fixtures and durable luxury vinyl plank flooring. The main level bedroom and ¾ bath offer great flexibility and can be utilized as a home office, guest or nanny quarters, or multigenerational living. Listed by Kailee Ackerman with Focus Real Estate for $725,000. Open Houses: Saturday 9/3/22 11:00-1:00 & Monday 9/5/22 12:00-2:00.
8 homes went under contract this week.
This week 15 home sales closed. The average days on market for these homes was 20 days. Welcome home to our new neighbors!
There are 53 active resale homes on the market in Central Park. In case you missed them, here are two fantastic homes:
With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and almost 3,700 finished sq ft, this home is not only spacious, but brimming with impressive features like custom built-ins, covered front porches on the main and upper levels, and double glass sliders to the private patio and yard. Listed by Ashley Faller with Focus Real Estate for $1,075,000!
This 4 bed, 3.5 bath home has an open concept main level, a home office, attached oversized 2-car garage, ample off-street parking and an amazing low-maintenance backyard. Listed by Lisa Palladino with Focus Real Estate for $975,000!

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
