Pearl Market & Pearl Wine Company
Before we get into residential real estate, some exciting commercial real estate news was announced today. Pearl Market is constructing a gorgeous building in Beeler Park with a projected completion in fall of 2023. The European style market will have seafood and deli counters, a butcher, fresh pasta and produce, coffee shop, and pizzeria. Pearl Wine Company will also be on site offering carefully selected wines, spirits and beer. Not only will Pearl Market be a fantastic place to shop for a nightly meal, but it will be a place to gather with friends and neighbors. As a North End resident, I could not be more excited for this addition to the neighborhood.
Now onto the residential real estate update.

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
