This Week in Central Park Real Estate 8.26.22
Can you believe the first week of school is here and gone?! The kids were all excited to be with their friends again and I’m sure I’m not the only one who was able to drink their coffee this week while it was still hot… maybe? Ok, that was the second cup after drop-off!
This week, we are all thankful for the amazing teachers who support our children as they learn and grow. A neighborhood favorite, Mici Italian, is taking their “thank you” to the next level with a new contest “Mici Clears the List”, which focuses on clearing teacher’s classroom supply lists from their amazon wishlist. As we prepare for September and get ready to welcome Autumn, we will closely be monitoring the real estate market. Traditionally, we will see transactions pick back up for the months of September and October.
