This Week in Central Park Real Estate 5.19.23

Time for our weekly update on the Central Park real estate market!  We love looking through all the homes and it helps us keep our finger on the pulse of the market. 

In this week’s update we’ll show you all the new listings, under contract homes and sold deals.  Plus, we have open house info to share!

The massive Central Park playground renovation is complete and open!  Rebecca from our team popped out with her daughter to show you a few of the highlights, which you can see here on our Instagram. With the weather in the 70’s both Saturday and Sunday, this weekend is the perfect time to get the kids out there to give the new playground a spin!

New Central Park Listings

This week there are 9 new listings on the market in Central Park.

Not finding what you want in the available resale options? How about a builders “spec” home?

There are still handful of builder homes available in the neighborhood.  You can see those here. Many are complete or nearing completion and they often come with interest rate incentives and as always a warranty.  In our option these are worth checking out and you may be able to negotiate a good deal with the builder.  Our team has a ton of new build experience and we’re happy to help you search to find the right one!

Under Contract Central Park Homes

This week 11 homes went under contract in Central Park.  Of the 11, 4 went under contract in the first week.  It’s more common that most homes are taking at least a few weeks to go under contract. 

Sold Central Park Homes

There were 12 homes that sold and closed in the neighborhood this week and you can see those in the link above.

All Central Park Active Homes

There are now 44 total active resale listings on the market in Central Park at the moment. That is still a low inventory level, which helps keep the market pretty balanced between buyer and seller.
