This Week in Central Park Real Estate 3.11.22

While Denver’s temperatures were hitting new lows this week (-7 Thursday morning!), our Real Estate market is still hot and continuing to heat up as spring approaches! We have a few new blogs out this week including information on the new Wee-Cottages in North End, mountain living, and last-minute spring break deals at the YMCA of the Rockies. New Wee-Cottages are coming to North End. Prices are expected to start in the $500k-600k range for 2-3 bedrooms and their approximate square footage is 900-1,300sqft. This week we had 13 new listings that hit the market in Central Park.  Inventory continues to be low, so if you are thinking of selling, now would be a great time! There are still many buyers actively looking.
