This Week in Central Park Real Estate 10.6.23

Under Contract Homes 

This week 8 homes went under contract in the neighborhood.  I always like to do the quick math and see how many went under contract in the first week as a gauge of how hot the market is.  This week 4 of the 8 went under contract in the first week.  This indicates sellers still have quite a bit of leverage and well-priced homes that show well are still moving pretty quickly.

All Active Homes 

There are 82 resale active resale listings on the market in Central Park right now.  Inventory has ticked up slightly but is still very low historically.
