Builder Update: David Weekley Homes. Mariel Ross from our team has the scoop on David Weekley and their last row homes available in the neighborhood (after building here for 20 years!).
Builder Update: Brookfield Residential. In this post Rebecca Fawcett will give you the details on the remaining available homes in their 4 series. (They have large single-family homes, mid-size single family homes, paired homes and an awesome townhome series to choose from!)
Builder Update: Boulder Creek. Nestled on a private courtyard that looks East to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Central Park’s North End, there are just a few Cottage homes still available!
This week 8 homes went under contract in the neighborhood. I always like to do the quick math and see how many went under contract in the first week as a gauge of how hot the market is. This week 4 of the 8 went under contract in the first week. This indicates sellers still have quite a bit of leverage and well-priced homes that show well are still moving pretty quickly.
There were 7 homes that closed in the past week. You can see those in the link above.
There are 82 resale active resale listings on the market in Central Park right now. Inventory has ticked up slightly but is still very low historically.
Our team has a few homes on the market currently that I wanted to highlight.
This beautiful, light, bright townhome exudes style and class with modern touches, upgraded lighting and stunning west facing mountain views! You’ll love the beautiful fireplace inviting you in to this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. It also boasts a loft space upstairs, 2 stall attached garage and a cozy, green backyard oasis, it’s a must see this weekend at a fantastic price! Let me know if you’d like a tour! Listed for $619,000 by Rebecca Fawcett.
58th Ave is a perfect ranch-style home impeccably designed and includes a finished basement and an amazing backyard complete with a flagstone patio, yard, and hot tub.
Listing agent Mariel Ross says her favorite room in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Boulder Creek home is the spacious and very impressive basement family room! It boasts stacked quartz and theater-style ambient lighting – great for movie night or watching the Broncos play! Don’t forget the calacatta quartz topped wet bar, complete with a beverage fridge and soft-close cabinets. It also includes an inviting backyard complete with firepit and hot tub! Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
