This Week in Central Park Real Estate 10.21.22

Happy Friday, Central Park!  If you’ve been keeping up with the market trends in the neighborhood, you probably already know that the market has turned somewhat favorably for buyers.  This week the average days on market before a home goes under contract is 44 days. That’s quite the contrast compared to what we saw earlier in the year.

It’s really not all doom and gloom if you’ve considered selling your home, it is just taking a bit longer than what we’ve been used to over the past few years.  We are prepping all our sellers with the facts of the market, and we continue to help sellers position their homes to be the best option in each price range.  If you are considering selling your home, please reach out and we’d love to talk to you about your real estate goals.

Also, if you thought you missed the boat on building a new home in the North End, you’re still in luck!  There are still several amazing options! Check out these blog posts where we detail what is available in the North End!

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own.  It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well.  Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
