This Week in Central Park Denver Real Estate 2.2.24

Before we dive into the real estate update – and our new listing at 9234 E. 52nd Drive – first I wanted to welcome a new team member to the Central Park Scoop and Focus Real Estate.

Our friend and Central Park resident Jeff Nazzaro joined us recently. Jeff is sitting with me in the cover photo to this blog post in 9234 E. 52nd Drive. Jeff will be helping out with “all things Scoop” – as a content contributor, as well as a broker.

I first met Jeff at an open house I was hosting, and after we chatted for a while I knew Jeff was someone we had to have!

Here’s a little background on Jeff. Jeff is married to Rich Nazzaro, and in 2016 they fostered and adopted their two children. Kord and Rae are both 10 years old and attend Swigert. The Nazzaros moved to Denver in 2022 and Central Park quickly became their home.

Jeff is active with the Swigert PTA and active all throughout the community, seemingly every day!

What we’re also excited about?

Jeff is a seasoned real estate broker who shares our values – providing excellent customer service, diving deep into the nuts and bolts of local real estate, and providing “value add” everywhere he goes. Jeff was initially licensed to sell real estate in 2009 in Austin, Texas. He’s mentioned how similar Texas real estate transactions are to Colorado real estate transactions, so he has hit the ground running.

Brookfield has new build options available

Segueing back to Central Park real estate, Infinity Homes has a few more new build options in Central Park’s North End. As a very (very!) short summary, as of two weeks ago there were 7 total Altos and 4 Vives lots/specs/models available in North End.

As a very (very!) short summary, there are 7 total Altos and 4 Vives lots/specs/models available in North End … and then that’s it for Infinity new build homes in Central Park. We expect these to go quickly!

Rebecca and I are also following Infinity to two new neighborhoods. If you’re an Infinity fan, the Canyons in Denver’s Castle Pines has 6 homes available. Lyric in Lone Tree has 41 new Infinity lots coming online soon (exciting!). Lyric has been described by our builder friends as a “Central Park-similar” neighborhood, so I included a map of Lyric toward the bottom of this post so you can see where it’s located.

Right now there are 8 homes that are pending (meaning they are under contract, but have not yet closed).

Last but not least, as promised above here’s a quick map showing where Lyric is located in south Denver.

Infinity, Shea, Thrive, and more are building in this “Central Park-similar” neighborhood just south of the DTC.
