The Scoop on The Stanley Marketplace
Curious about what’s going on with the Stanley Marketplace? I think we all are, because we’re so excited for what’s to come, so it was time for an update!
Check out the video below with developer (or “pretend developer” as he’d put it) Mark Shaker to get the scoop on what’s going on with Stanley. Mark will share the timeline, the construction status, some insights on some of the 50 tenants and much more.
Online videos should be short and sweet but we broke that rule with this one, the video is more of a 20 minute conversation with Mark and I about the project. After the video scroll down and check out links to the websites for most of the announced tenants.
Every time I go to Stanley I get excited about the project and the amazing value they are bringing to NW Aurora, Stapleton & the whole community!

Not all of Stanley’s tenants have been announced, but here is a list of roughly half the tenants. I’ve made each one a link to their website or a link to a recent article about their business. All this under one roof!
