The new concept from Tattered Cover focuses on books and non-book items for kids, creating an experience oriented toward children. Kwame Spearman, CEO of Tattered Cover, said the new store will host kid-friendly events and programming like birthday parties, children’s authors, story times, and more.

“For the last 50 years, Tattered Cover has been a cornerstone of the Colorado community. With this brand new concept at Stanley Marketplace, we look forward to welcoming the next generation of readers,” Kwame said.

Ashley Faller of the Scoop recently met up with Kwame to chat about the new bookstore.  Check out her interview and walk-through of Central Park’s latest kids’ spot here.
