Pure Barre has opened its newest location in Stapleton on the bottom floor of the new Mint Apartments at 7695 E. 29th Pl. Studio owners Gail Nofsinger and Lacey Spruce officially opened their doors to the new location on December 11, 2017!
At Pure Barre you get a total body workout by performing small, isometric movements using the ballet barre, which burns fat and creates long, sculpted muscles. They offer intense, low-impact, 50-minute classes designed to tone, sculpt, and strengthen muscles, while improving flexibility, endurance, and balance. Additionally, they offer Pure Empower classes, which combine strength training with cardio circuit training, using your own body weight, a 6-inch step platform, and ankle weights. It’s a great compliment to the Pure Bare Classic classes!
