Standard Pacific Homes: Stapleton Market Update

Standard Pacific is up and rolling with their new “Bloom” collection of single family homes in Stapleton’s next neighborhood, Conservatory Green.   The plan includes four brand new floor plans named after flowers; Larkspur, Cosmos, Zinnia and Poppy.   The homes have a contemporary feel to them yet they have some traditional features like porte cocheres!

The homes range in size from 2,135 sf to 2,579 sf not including basements which can be finished as an option.  The homes are base priced in the low to mid $500k’s range but you should expect their end price to be quite a bit higher than that after you take into account lot premiums, finish upgrades, structural upgrades, etc.  (Not to mention backyard landscaping and window treatments)  I think these homes are a good fit for buyers looking to have an all in price in the high $500k’s to mid $6ook’s.

Because of the size of these homes they are appealing compared to the some of the competition.  With all their plans being over 2,100 sf above grade (meaning not including the basement) they offer families some room to spread out.

If you need help finding the right home, whether it’s a new home or resale, I’d love to help.  I’m a real estate broker, not an employee of any one builder, so I’m free to show you anything available in the market.  Not sure how buying a brand new home works?  If you are considering a new home but have questions check out our New Home Building FAQ section.
