Rocky Mountain Storytelling’s 2019 Story Seeds Conference and Concert April 12-14

Storytelling is an artful talent in danger of being lost with our new generations. It’s a soft skill in an increasingly computerized world. World Storytelling Day is Wednesday, March 20 and we think this is an ideal day to remind people of the great value of storytelling skills, as well as invite them to Rocky Mountain Storytelling’s 2019 Story Seeds Conference and Concert.
The events, comprised of a storytelling concert, conference and story slam, take place April 12-14 in Golden. While primarily geared toward an adult audience, these three entertaining and educational events are appropriate for listeners 10 years of age and older.
Storyteller and Stapleton resident Kate Lutz is president of Rocky Mountain Storytelling and has shared stories with thousands of engaged audiences, including an event at Swigert International School that drew children and adults into a captivating story about frozen lands where the sun sets and doesn’t rise for months.
“The concert, conference and slam will be filled with stories that entertain, delight and make you think,” said Lutz. “Adults love stories. If you love listening to stories or are just curious about a storytelling concert, come and enjoy the Friday evening concert and Saturday Slam. Want more?
