Departures: Nick and Linda
Nick and Linda had lived in Stapleton for years. Although they loved it they were now at the point of retirement and they were ready to move to Arizona. It was time to cash out on their KB Home paired home that had appreciated really nicely in value over the last few years. We met, helped them zone in on the home’s value and helped them stage the home for their likely end buyer. They did a great job of preparing the home for sale, with the help of our stager, and we had it sold in the first week on the market for a great price.
