Blake and Pat wanted to move to Stapleton to be near their kids, but more importantly near their two grandkids! The kids live in the Eastbridge area so the new homes in the Bluff Lake area of Stapleton was perfectly located for them. When we met they were about to purchase a new home they liked, but didn’t love. They really wanted a ranch but they didn’t think it existed in their price range. We showed them a great ranch option in their budget and just blocks from their grandkids. They jumped on it, they’re now all moved in and loving it.
