New Terrace Homes Available Across From Central Park In Stapleton!
Wonderland Homes is now selling their “Terrace Homes” series in Stapleton! Here is the Scoop on this new series:
The Terrace Homes are row homes with a traditional exterior style clad with stucco and brick. There will be 4 floor plans in the series, all of which are attached. The homes range in sf from 1,600 -2,000. (Not including finished basement space which is an option!)
The first homes in the series will be located in Stapleton along MLK Blvd right across from the 80 acre Central Park. You’ll see now that they’re moving dirt around Akron St on MLK…that is the first set of these row homes! Sweet location across from the park!
Three of the four floor plans are 3 stories, with living on the main level and the bedrooms on the second level. Buyers will love the open living/dining/kitchen layouts. The fourth plan, the Cambria, is only two stories and has a main floor master bedroom. All four plans can have 3 bedrooms but on most plans you’ll have to finish the basement to get that third bedroom. The Cambria is the only one that has 3 bedrooms above grade if that’s what you want. The interior two floor plans start in the high $300k’s and the two end units start in the low $400k’s . Keep in mind that’s base pricing and doesn’t include lot premiums, finish upgrades, etc.
So what’s to love about this new series? First of all, all four plans have decks, many of which are on the third level, which are going to have AMAZING views of Central Park. These decks are off third floor loft spaces which come standard, what a great place to hang out or to have a home office. (I’m jealous) Other great standard features that caught my eye include 10 ft ceilings on the main level, open floor plans, hardwood floors on the main level, Bosch appliances, granite counter tops and tiled shower pans!
