New Arrivals – Rick and Lisa
Rick and Lisa have kids, and more importantly (as all grandparents know), grandkids that live in Stapleton. Although they have a home out of state they spend quite a bit of time in Stapleton so they wanted a place to crash while they’re in town.
They wanted something small, they didn’t need a lot of space, but they liked the idea of a single family detached home with low maintenance. We helped them review all their options and a “wee cottage” new build with Boulder Creek Builders made the most sense.
