New Arrivals: Ashley and Jeff
Ashley and her husband Jeff were renting in Stapleton but ready to buy a home and get settled with their family. We showed them all their new build and resale options. Although resale options were limited, due to the low inventory, that is the way they wanted to go. We noticed a coming soon sign on a great home in Eastbridge, walking distance to pools, a park, the new town center and Stanley Marketplace! We got them in before it hit the market and got it under contract before it was listed to avoid competition (and a higher price!). Ashley, Jeff and the family are now moved in and loving it.
