New Arrivals: James And Erin
James and his family called me one day to discuss homes with a modern exterior in Stapleton. I walked them through their options, Infinity and Wonderland Homes, and they decided Wonderland was the home builder for them. James came out to Denver and we did a tour of the whole area as well as all the builders, just to make sure Wonderland was indeed the one. They picked the Wonderland floor plan and lot they loved and then we kept in touch and waited for the lot to become available. Luckily the day it was released we were able to get it for them and the rest is history. They just closed and in the next week or so they’ll be driving to Colorado to join the Stapleton community! Here is what James and Erin had to say about the experience in their own words:
“Joe was our agent for a new build in Stapleton. We lived out of state during the entire new build process and were only able to make two trips to Denver.Joe waited in line to reserve our lot. If he had not been there early, before the sales office opened, we would not have secured our preferred home. Joewould attend meetings and inspections on our behalf that we were unable to attend. Joe would followup with the builder’ sales office with visits and calls. He provided constant updates on the progress of our home and made sure that both us and the builder did not miss any deadlines or requirements. He clearly went above and beyond even what is expected of a real estate agent. There were times that we could not believe how much work and effort he was putting into our transaction.
“We have now closed on the house and Joe is still providing valuable assistance with setting up contractors and even offering to meet with workers at the house while we are preparing our cross country move. We have already engaged 4 contractors for work that Joe introduced us too. His knowledge of the area and the various companies in the area has been invaluable.
