New Arrivals: Matt And Erin
Matt started his search for Stapleton homes on-line and gave me a call to discuss the area. We ended up meeting for lunch followed by a few trips out to see homes available on the market. After a couple times out it appeared that a new build may make more sense than a resale so I took him to check out New Town Builders & a few other options. Matt loved New Town and once he showed Erin they both agreed it was the right fit for their needs. It took a while to build their home but now they, and their beautiful new baby girl Mallory, are all moved in and part of the neighborhood. Here is what Matt and Erin had to say about the experience in their own words:
“I would highly recommend Joe to anyone buying or selling in Stapleton. We recently bought a new build and could not be more pleased with Joe. He knows Stapleton inside out. Joe helped us with the builder during some delays and continues to assist with some maintenance issues even after we purchased. That was not my experience with realtors before.
