Departures: Haley and Justin S.
Haley and Justin moved out of Stapleton but had kept their KB paired home on the South End as a rental. They were referred by a mutual friend and I had the pleasure of helping them sell their home.
The tenant had moved out and left the place looking a bit like a rental. It was a little worn, the floors were a mess, it needed a paint job and the exterior needed some work too. With the help of Wendy Largey, our stager, and our photographer we got the place cleaned up, staged and looking great. All of this was coordinated and handled by our team since the Seller lives out of state and we even covered the $2k+ staging bill! (On Stapleton listings we’re happy to cover the staging cost.)
