What Does David Weekley Homes Have Available In Stapleton?

The real estate market is brisk and homes are selling quickly in Stapleton so this post won’t stay current long…but below is what David Weekley Homes currently has available.  (keep in mind this changes constantly)

David Weekly Homes is filling a lot of demand in Stapleton in several buyer segments.

First of all, they have homes for those who want a single family home lot South of I-70 in Stapleton.  They have about 6 lots available in the Bluff Lake neighborhood of Stapleton.  These lots, some of which are released and available now, will have homes in their “Peak series” and are close to a pocket park and very close to the new elementary, Isabella Bird.  The Peak series they just came out with which has 4 floor plans.   The plans range in sf from 2,045 – 2,249 and that doesn’t include the basements or the potential 3rd level that can be added to some plans!  These 3rd levels can be an open loft and you can even add a sundeck off that 3rd level!  These homes start in the low $400k’s but will end in the high $400k’s – mid $5ook’s after all selections, lot premiums, basements, etc are taken into account.  These homes are a great fit for anyone looking to build a new detached single family home in Stapleton South of I-70.  (I timed it and if you work at the Fitzsimons medical campus you can be there in 3 minutes from these lots!)  Click here to check out floor plans on these homes.

David Weekley is also very active in Conservatory Green, the new part of Stapleton north of I-70.  Their “Paired Villas” or “Paired Homes” series is filling the need for those buyers who are looking to live in Stapleton but wish to stay well below $400k on the purchase price.  These paired homes start in the mid $300k’s and currently they have 3 available with more to come in the future.  One of these if very close to the pool that is being built now!

The other series Weekley is building in Conservatory Green is their “Cottages” series.  These homes fill the need for detached single family homes that have end prices in the mid $400k’s and they work for those families that need 1,600 – 1,900 sf (not including basements).   So they aren’t the largest homes but they have open floor plans and you can finish the basement so they can be a good fit for many buyers.  These are selling really well and right now they have 8 lots available in Conservatory Green.

So that’s the Scoop on what is available with David Weekley at the moment in Stapleton.  If you want more info on these series check out our David Weekley Pinterest Board!   Many of my current buyers have decided to go with David Weekley after shopping around, they liked the standard inclusions, the locations and the new floor plans.
