Builder Update: Brookfield Residential

There is still time to get a brand-new home in Central Park’s North End neighborhood! Brookfield Residential currently offers 4 different home portfolios and has 23 brand new spec homes that will be complete by the end of this year, with majority by late October. Below are all the details regarding each collection and their current availability.

SIGNATURE PORTFOLIO

The Signature Portfolio consists of Single-Family Homes with 4 different plans. This collection ranges from 2,984-3,080 sqft, includes 3+bedrooms, and starts at $786,534. There are only 24 remaining homes left with some currently move-in ready, all the way to final completion in Summer 2024.
