Boulder Creek Builders is the latest company to offer new homes in Stapleton. They have lots to build low maintenance ranch style patio homes in Bluff Lake and Stapleton’s new neighborhood, Conservatory Green, north of I-70. (Not familiar with Conservatory Green in Stapleton..click here).
Their main target market is any one wanting a low maintenance lifestyle ranch home with great finishes. I’m finding that doctors, young families and grandparents who want to be close to their grandkids are all liking the floor plans.
There are 5 floor plans in the series and they range in finished sf (including basement finish) from 2,210 to 2,610. The homes start in the mid $400k’s but they can creep into the $500k’s pretty quickly once you select all your finishes.

There is a lot to like about these homes. The exteriors are beautiful with stone on all of the plans. The interiors have great rooms with wide open kitchen/living/dining layouts.
