Available "Solaris II" Homes By New Town Builders In Conservatory Green
Curious about what New Town Builders has available in their Solaris II collection in Stapleton’s Conservatory Green? I had a chance to stop by today and catch up with Mike Carey, their sales rep, and get the Scoop.
Currently New Town has 4 lots available; 2 Belcaro floor plans, one Merrill floor plan and one Hale floor plan. The Hale plan is in the foundation stage but all the finishes can still be selected by the buyer. It and one of the Belcaro floor plans should be done around Feb 2013. The other two are more likely to be done around March/April 2013. After that my guess is it may be a while till they have more lots released for sale. These homes are a good fit for buyers looking for homes that are base priced in the low to mid $400k’s that will end up in the high $400k’s/low $500k’s after lot premiums, finishes, basements etc are taken into account.
