New Arrivals: Alex and Rachele
Alex and Rachele were neighbors of ours in Central Park West. Although they loved their home they wanted to build their dream home, the HAUS 3, with Infinity homes in Conservatory Green. We helped them value their current home, build the new one and then sell their home when the time was right. Since they utilized our services on the buy side we were able to provide a nice discount on the commission we charged to sell their existing home. Their home sold quickly and they were able to lease their current home back from the buyer and avoid doing a double move which was great. They are now in their beautiful new home and loving it.
