Not only are more properties coming on the market, but Buyers seem to be very active at the moment. In the past 7 days, buyers and their agents put 18 homes under contract in Central Park. If you’re curious how quickly houses are going under contract, the average days on market was 36, and the median was just 19 days. This has certainly trended down since Q4 last year.
In the past week, 9 home sales closed in the neighborhood. What’s impressive is the range of prices of the properties sold, from just over $200k to $2M. This highlights the successful implementation of two goals of this award-winning master planned community. The first; to offer a wide range of housing options and styles (condos, townhomes, paired homes, and single-family homes), and the second; to meet the needs of buyers across a broad spectrum of economic means.
