New Stapleton Listings This Week
There are 13 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week. See one you like but not really sure how the whole buying process works in this market that has such tight inventory? How do you find the house you want? How do you make your offer stand out among the competition? We’ve created a roadmap to show you each step of the process from A-Z that provides insights & tips along the way. Here it is for you – no strings attached! 9 Keys to Buying a Stapleton Home
Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
There were 17 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. With that many homes selling each week and only 41 total resales on the market in Stapleton that means we still have well under one month’s worth of inventory on the market. That indicates we’re still in a “seller’s market”.
Are all these homes selling in the first week? Nope. Of the 17 only 3 sold in the first week. The rest took longer and quite a few of them started too high on their price and then had to come down. It’s a seller’s market but to get top dollar sellers should still price it right, make sure it shows great & make sure it looks great online.
Sold Stapleton Homes this Week
There were 6 closed sale this week.
See All Stapleton Active Listings This Week
There are now 41 total active listings in Stapleton. This is still very low inventory given the size of the neighborhood. I look through these and I think we’re in a heated market where it’s easy for sellers to shoot too high on their price. As a buyer be sure to protect your investment and make sure you are making an offer based on recent comparable sales. You do not need to blindly pay full price just because the market is hot.
