Infinity Home Collection is building 3 new home series in Stapleton’s “Beeler Park” neighborhood & sales have been going well.  Below is the scoop on all 3!

As always, if we can be of service please let us know.  We help a lot of buyers through the new build process, regardless of which builder they choose, and we’d love to help you too!

“ALTO” Home Collection:

There are two floor plans for ALTO, and both are 3 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms standard (both guest bedrooms get their own on-suite bathroom).  The standard configuration is two finished levels plus a rooftop deck on the third level.  The current base price for both plans is $619,900.  Infinity offers a penthouse option, which finishes out the space behind the rooftop deck.  Depending on the plan/exterior, this option ranges from about $45k to $55k and adds about 400-500 square feet.

This series will likely appeal to buyers who want all the style of Infinity, 3 outdoor patios and a low maintenance lifestyle.

Here are some ALTO resources to learn more:

ALTO Base Price Sheet (Seems like without a penthouse you’ll likely end up in the very high $600k’s and with the penthouse you’re probably more in the mid -high $700k’s range)

Interactive floor plans can be found here (toward the bottom of the page).

Map showing all available ALTO lots. Infinity has 34 ALTO lots in Beeler Park, and their first and second releases are shown in this map.

Included Features for ALTO.

Infinity currently has two “spec homes” in this series (meaning homes that are under construction but not yet sold to any specific buyers):

Lot 13 on Beeler Ct – ALTO 5A without penthouse option – This home broke ground in April and should be ready in September.

Lot 12 on Beeler Ct – ALTO 4B with Penthouse – This home just started recently and should be complete in November.  A buyer would have until the end of June to select finishes

Infinity has one dirt lot remaining, which is Lot 11.  The lot premium is $20,000.  Note that Infinity estimates a 5 month build time on this series right now.

The next release is for lots 7 through 17 on 59th North Place.  Infinity is hopeful to begin selling these in July, although they’re waiting on an update from Forest City regarding Xcel Energy’s ability to get power to this block.

As with their other products, all ALTO homes will be built to Zero Energy Ready standards as part of the base price. (which means if you want to add a solar array the home is otherwise equipped with energy efficiency upgrades to get your bills to almost nothing!  Some Xcel fees cannot be fully eliminated but you can likely get the bills down to around the $30 – $50 per month range.)

“VIVE” Home Collection:

Infinity offers two floor plans for VIVE as well.  Both are 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms standard.  Plan 1 also includes a loft in addition to the 4 bedrooms.  The current base price sheet is below ($744,900 for Plan 1, and $754,900 for Plan 2).  They have created phenomenal outdoor rooms for both plans, and we have an optional corner door in Plan 1 and stacking door in Plan 2.  (It’s worth going by the new model homes just to see this awesome corner door that opens up the whole house to the outside room!)

If you liked the previous VUE series by Infinity you’ll love this series.  They took the best elements of that series (things like 12 ft master ceilings, wide stairs, 4+ beds up, etc) and added the ability to do custom closets and corner doors that create amazing indoor/outdoor flow!

Here are some VIVE resources to learn more:

VIVE Base Price Sheet (Looks like without a finished basement you’ll likely have an all in price around the mid $800k’s and if you finish the basement you’ll likely end up around the mid $900k’s)

Their dynamic floor plans can be found here(toward the bottom of the page)

Map Showing All Available VIVE Lots Infinity has 45 total VIVE lots in Beeler Park, and the currently released lots are shown on this map.   Red lots are sold and green are available.

Included Features for VIVE

Infinity has two spec homes in this series:

Lot 5 on Beeler St – VIVE 1C that breaks ground June 7th and should be ready in November.  A buyer would have until the first or second week in July to pick finishes

Lot 6 on Beeler St – VIVE 2B that breaks ground June 12th and should be ready in November.  A buyer would have until mid-July to pick finishes

Here are the lot premiums for the remaining dirt lots (keep in mind Infinity estimates a 5 month build time for this series – which is quick!):

Lot 1 on Beeler St – $35,000

Lot 16 on Beeler Ct – $25,000

Lot 5 on Chester St – $25,000

Lot 7 on Chester St – $0

Lot 9 fronting the park – $45,000 (this must be a Plan 2A)

Lots 4 and 6 on Boston Ct – $15,000

As I mentioned earlier on the ALTO series, Infinity has decided to build all VIVE homes as Net Zero Ready standards as well.

“LUXE” Home Collection:

LUXE is the biggest and most grand product Infinity has ever built.  The final floor plans are not yet available to the public although they have some of these homes under construction and if we meet with the builder we can review plans. The builder just got the final architectural plans, and the marketing plans should be completed within the next few weeks.  They don’t want to provide the plans until they are final to avoid any confusion, which is understandable.

Both plans are 5 bedrooms standard (4 upstairs plus a main floor guest bedroom on the main level), and include a study, formal dining room, two-story volume in the great room, large mud rooms with optional utility sinks, 3-car garages, a loft in Plan 2, and expansive outdoor rooms with optional fireplaces.  Without the bonus room option, the plans start between $865k and $900k, and range from 3,730 to 3,845 square feet above ground.  When factoring in the bonus room, LUXE 1 comes to about 4,000 square feet above ground, and LUXE 2 comes to about 4,400.  Both plans have huge 1,800 to 1,900 square foot basements.

The LUXE 2B (Mid Century Modern) comes standard with a front balcony.  This is accessible from the loft (standard configuration), or from the master bedroom if a buyer chooses to make the loft part of an optional master retreat  All plans and exteriors have an optional rear balcony.

Even though LUXE is the next generation of HAUS, Infinity brought two key features from the award winning VUE 3; the wide staircase and the 12’ ceilings in the master that I mentioned earlier.  All VIVE and LUXE plans have these features standard.

Additionally, the master bathrooms and closets are quite spacious.  Along these lines, Infinity has now partnered with “Out of Sight Closets”.  Infinity buyers can now do custom pantries and closet systems.  Both plans feature the largest kitchen pantry they’ve ever built.  (I’ve seen smaller bedrooms!) They even offer plenty of room for lower cabinets w/ a countertop for small kitchen appliances to be kept out of sight.

The LUXE series is a great fit for buyers looking for the amazing Infinity style in a large format facing a green space.

LUXE Base Price Sheet (Without a finished basement you’ll likely end up in the $1.0M – $1.5M range and if you finish the basement and go all out you may end up with an all in price in the $1.2M range.)

Included Features for LUXE

Infinity has 21 LUXE lots in Beeler Park, and as with HAUS, all of them face a park or open space.  They have sold 3 LUXE lots at this point and they’re building the model homes (these should be complete Sept/Oct ’17).  Lots #3 through #5 have $35k lot premiums, and the corner lot #6 is $55k.

As with the other two products, 100% of the LUXE homes are Zero Energy Ready as part of the base price.

One other note, Infinity now offers a passive radon system standard in ALTO, VIVE and LUXE, which is a new standard feature.
