New Arrivals: Will and Megan
Will and Megan were referred to me by a friend. They knew they wanted to move to Stapleton but they were new to the area and wanted to explore both the new and resale options. After touring both they decided a new build with Wonderland Homes was the way to go.
Picking the builder and the home they wanted was the easy part, the hard part was actually getting one in this competitive market. They were patient and we staying in touch with the builder consistently on their behalf. Finally, after over 6 months of waiting, some lots were released and they were able to contract on the home they loved.
