What’s the latest with Thrive Home Builders in Stapleton? Plenty! So here’s a quick written recap to get you up to speed as well as a few Facebook Live videos showing you a few of their available “spec” homes.
Thrive Home Builders is building unique home 5 series in Stapleton right now, including their Panacea homes, Zen 2.0, Vita, North End Rows and their Element income qualified collection. These homes range in price from the $200k’s to the $1.0M range so there is something for everyone. You can get an overview of the different series and what they offer in this recent post we did on Thrive.
For this post I’m going to focus on what lots and spec homes they have available now.
Luckily for buyers looking for a quick move in, they do have a few spec homes available now or in the near future.
In the North End Rows town home series they have the “Curtis” and “Skyline” in early phases of construction and still available. You can check out details on those here.
For the other spec homes that are a little further along we shot a few videos.
In this first Facebook live video below, we show you a Vita “Plan 1” that’s nearly complete. It’s located at 9379 E 57th Pl and priced at $609,900. You can see the flyer with details here. It has 4 beds, a finished basement and mountain views from the master bedroom! I think this one will sell soon as the final finishes start to go into the home. You can see the floor plan and more details here.
In the next video below we show you two Thrive Solaris III collection spec homes in Bluff Lake. (note: We didn’t list Solaris III as one of the current series they’re selling because these two homes are the last ones.) In the first part of the video you’ll see 11270 E 26th Ave Aurora, CO 80010. This home is complete and ready for quick move in. It has roughly 1,800 sf on the main two levels, 4 bedrooms and a finished basement. The builder also added in the refrigerator which is a nice touch since most new builds don’t come with that installed. The asking price is $563,000. (UPDATE: This spec just went under contract today but I’m still including it because the second spec home in the video is still available) The last part of the video is just a few doors down at 11220 E 26th Ave. It’s the same floor plan but has different finishes (including a beautiful fireplace and white kitchen!) This home is still under construction but will be done soon. It is available now with an asking price the $550k. It’s not listed on the market so this could be your chance to get it before it’s listed! If you’d like a showing please reach out to us.
Other than the spec homes listed above Thrive also has lots available for “dirt start” (meaning you go through the process from start to finish and make your selections) available in North End.
