Do you find yourself daydreaming about building your own dream home here in Central Park? Is an open-concept floor plan with more than 2,400 square feet on the main level, with the option to double that square footage in the basement, sound great to you?
I’ve got some fantastic news for you! There are currently two KB Starlight homes available to go under contract NOW. These iconic mid-century modern homes have been very popular since KB began building these homes in Central Park a few years ago.
These two lots are located on E. 63rd Avenue facing southeast onto the beautiful East Main Park (see cover image). To the east and west of the park will be Thrive Panacea homes and to the south of the park are Starlights. These are both fantastic lots that will more than likely become a very desirable location in the North End neighborhood when looking at it from a resale perspective.
The Available Floor Plans
Plan 2483 (The model) – 10153 E. 63rd Avenue (Corner Lot)
Let’s start with the corner lot first. The home will sit on a 6300 square foot lot. Below is the already-chosen exterior design (the exteriors of the homes have to be chosen when the neighborhood is very first permitted – meaning the scheme was chosen a long time ago and cannot be changed). But why would you want to change? I love the clean white exterior with dark brick.
If you haven’t checked out the model yet, now is the time. Every time I go into the model I’m taken aback by how beautiful the floorplan is from the 18’ ceilings with optional wood beams to the stunning corner fireplace and perfect kitchen. The master bedroom is a true retreat. The tall windows and high ceilings make this bedroom grand yet cozy. I also love the master bathroom with extra large shower, floating shelving and large walk-in closet. To see a virtual tour of the model, click HERE
As this home has not broke ground just yet, you still have time to add many structural customizations such as adding a finished basement, converting a bedroom to a den, and more.
On top of being able to add structural updates, you are also able to choose your design finishes. Just a quick plug on what we at Focus Real Estate like to offer to our clients when building a new home: we will include an interior designer FOR FREE to help you choose your finishes (if you wish), and of course we are here to help you with this process as well.
The current base price of the 2483 is $893,990. The lot premium for this home is $175k. This home also has the ability to add a basement which is the footprint of the home and bring the total square footage to 4,966. If you would like to know some of the structural and design costs, send me a message and I will happily send that information to you quickly J
Plan 2617 – 10173 E. 63rd Avenue
One of the best features of this home is the 3-car garage (2-car tandem). This home also sits on a large lot (6271 square feet) and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beautiful exterior features a beautiful stone accent and welcoming orange front door.
As mentioned above, there is still time to choose the structural and design options for this home. By choosing to finish the basement, the total square footage of this home is 5,234. Below is the rendering of what finishing the basement with KB looks like as well as the floor plan of the main level:
The current base price of the 2617 is $901,900 and the lot premium is $150k.
Both homes are expected to close in July-August 2022.
The earnest money (or deposit) is $10k if you are not contingent on selling your home. The deposit is $20k if you are contingent on selling your home. If you are contingent on selling your home, we can definitely help you with that whether your home is in Central Park or anywhere in the Denver area.
Please reach out if I can help provide any additional information about the Starlights. I have helped several clients build these types of homes and can help put together a realistic budget with you to help estimate your all-in cost.
