New Arrivals: Tom and Jennifer
Jennifer and Tom were hoping to start a family soon and figured Stapleton would be the perfect spot. It was also convenient for their jobs. We helped them review all their options in both the resale and the new home market and they decided a Wonderland Homes Edge II town home was perfect. We then helped them sell their Aurora home and rent it back until their new home was completed to avoid a double move. Since we started the process they’ve got that family started and the three of them are now happily moved into their new home.
