Happy start-of-summer Stapleton! Well, ok, summer doesn’t officially begin until the summer solstice on June 21st, but with school years ending, Stapleton’s pools opening, and temperatures hitting 90 degrees, I think it’s fair to say the summer real estate season in Stapleton has officially kicked off! Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
9 homes went under contract last week with most of those on the market for over a month. So yes – it does still happen in this market that a home isn’t instantly under contract – and in many cases this may be due to a special feature of the house that may not be right for every buyer or a unique circumstance. So if you see a great home on the market for multiple weeks and wonder “whats wrong with it?” – the answer may be nothing wrong at all! It might just be waiting for the right buyer.

Thank goodness for all the great new listings this week which puts us at 43 total resale listings.
