New Stapleton Listings This Week
(Notes: 5 new resale listings this week. Still not enough to help with our inventory shortage so I hope the spring sellers are coming soon. The McStain town home for $315k will go quickly!
Under Contract Homes This Week
(Notes: 11 homes went under contract this week alone! Almost all of them sold in less than 3 days! Well priced homes in good condition are flying off the market.
(Notes: There were 11 sales this week that closed.
Overall there are a total of just 17 actively listed resale homes in Stapleton right now. With 11 going under contract per week (as we see above) that says we still have way less than one month of inventory available which is extremely low.
