New Stapleton Listings This Week

There are 11 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week.  If you’re a home buyer it’s an exciting week, there are quite a few good new options in the $400k’s – $600k’s price range.  Hopefully this is the beginning of an upward trend in inventory as we approach spring.

Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week

There were 4 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week.  Well priced homes, especially in the $4ook’s and $500k’s, are selling very quickly and still often getting multiple offers so if you like any of the new active listings above act fast!

Sold Stapleton Homes This Week

There were 16 closed sale this week.   Almost all of them went under contact in the first week.
