This Week in Stapleton Real Estate

Below are links to the latest active, under contract and sold listings in our Stapleton real estate market this week!  I’ve also included some buyer needs of my clients in case you have a house you’d like to sell.

New Stapleton Listings This Week

There are 10 new listings hit the Stapleton market this week so buyers have some new options this weekend.

If you’re looking for a town home close to light rail (opens April 2016!) then check out this new Wonderland Edge listing for $450k!

Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week

There were 8 homes that went under contract this week.  The best ones sell in days and good ones are selling in a matter of weeks.  Usually if homes are sitting much longer in the lower price ranges they are a bit over-priced.  In the higher price ranges there are fewer buyers and it can take a little longer.

Sold Stapleton Homes This Week

There were just 2 closed sales this week.

There are now 26 active resale listings in Stapleton.  With 8 going under contract per week we’re at less than one month worth of inventory in the neighborhood.  Still a strong seller’s market.

Resale Stapleton Buyer & Seller Needs

$400k – $500k range, anywhere in Stapleton, detached home with at least 2,000+ finished sq feet.

$350k – $550k range, prefers South of I-70, attached or detached homes, very open to different options.
