We had 3 new listings hit the Stapleton market and all are in the $600k – $700k range. Not much new to look at this time of year which is why I included a link to the quick move in homes from the builders later in this post.
There were 2 homes that went under contract this week.
There were 9 sales this week that closed. These were homes that were listed in the fall. The average days on market was 39 for this group of homes, which is much slower than in the spring and summer months. Homes listed in fall typically take longer to sell but ones like 5091 Xenia St, which was priced well and showed great, still sold in 2 days.
There are now just 17 total active resale listings in Stapleton. Since resale inventory is so limited I wanted to provide you with 13 quick move in homes from the builders. These are homes that will be completed & ready for move in between December 2015 and March 2016. Builders with quick move in homes include Thrive/New Town Builders, Standard Pacific, Infinity, Boulder Creek Builders and David Weekley. David Weekley has one at 5470 Uinta Way in the very low $500k’s with a finished basement that I think will get snatched up by someone very soon.
