All Active Homes
There are 46 active resale listings on the market in Central Park right now. This is only 2 more than we had last week which shows that homes are still selling really well in the neighborhood despite interest rate increases. On average, homes are taking a little longer to go under contract, and we’ve seen some price decreases, but overall the market seems to remain healthy; if just a bit more balanced… welcomed news for Buyers after 2 years of the craziest Seller’s market in recent history.
