This Week in Central Park Real Estate 5.26.23

Happy Friday everyone! The holiday weekend is upon us, and I hope everyone has fun plans for Memorial Day! If you haven’t made plans yet, there are some fun (and free) things to do in the neighborhood. This weekend kicks off the official start of all the summer happenings including movies and concerts on the green, farmer’s markets (Stanley’s every second Sunday of the month, Founder’s Green starts June 25th), and annual favorites like the 4th of July Breakfast & Parade and the Kid’s Triathlon in August. Below is some neighborhood news before the Real Estate Market update!

The Denver Arts Festival is this weekend, May 27th & 28th at the Green, in Conservatory Green. The Arts Festival is always a fun event and a great way to support artists and add unique touches to your home!

The Central Park pools open this weekend! Make sure your membership passes are up to date. Reservations are required for Memorial weekend to guarantee a spot, but there will also be 20% of spots saved for walk-up entry each available timeslot.

The incredible new Central Park Playground is officially open! If you haven’t made it out there yet, I highly suggest a picnic and play date. I should also add… fun for all ages! Here’s a peek on our Instagram.

Ready to get the party started? Don’t miss “Moana” on Saturday evening at the Stanley Marketplace for their Film on the Field Kickoff. Movie begins at Dusk.

Eeek! Still trying to find a summer camp for your kiddo? Roaming Gnome Theatre still has spots left! Check out Ashley Faller’s blog Local Business Spotlight- Roaming Gnome Theatre for more information.

Is your yard looking a little lackluster? Could it use an expert facelift for 2023? I’ve got you covered with  Working with a landscaping design professional, Twisted Vine Landscape & Design, for a “Sun-sational” backyard!

Each week we share these types of posts on the Central Park Scoop blog but to get the info even quicker follow the Scoop on FacebookIG and YT!

OK, now onto this week’s Real Estate!
