There is a lot going on in Central Park real estate this week, so I’m going to jump right in. As Rebecca Fawcett mentioned in last week’s update, the number of listings is on the rise. With so many Buyers looking, however, homes priced well still seem to go under contract quickly, and at full asking price or higher.

14 properties sold this week. Looking through the sold listings is another way to keep tabs on the market. Since the list price is often not the same as the sold price, the sold listings can help Buyers set more realistic expectations of what they can get for the money.
All Active Listings
There are 41 homes for sale in Central Park. Prices range from the upper $200s/low $300s to nearly $2M (some new construction homes are pricing out well over $2M). Condos, townhomes, paired homes and detached single-family homes are all available right now. Similar to last week, there are a surprising number of homes with main-level primary bedrooms. So, if you’d been waiting for a home with a main level bedroom, maybe this will be your lucky week.
