This Week in Central Park Real Estate 10.7.22

Hello October! Your presence has been felt this week with temperatures cooling off and the leaves turning shades of gold, red and orange! If you haven’t made plans yet to check out some fall activities around town or the mountains, there is still time. In town, this weekend closes out the season for the Central Park Farmer’s Market at Founders Green off Roslyn St and 29th Ave. There will be a pumpkin patch on Sunday from 8:30am-12:30pm along with all your favorite vendors. This week we had 12 new listings hit the market in Central Park.
