I hope everyone enjoyed the snow this week! We had fun pulling out the sled and are secretly looking forward to more snow next week… January has flown by, and it feels like we’re all off to the races, both in Real Estate and planning for 2022! North End is building out fast and we have the scoop on the final KB Starlight as well as the final two Thrive Homebuilder’s Panacea homes.
If you haven’t begun to plan your summer care yet, or you’re new to the area, now is the time to begin! Registration can start in January and various summer camps have already opened registration. Ashley put together a helpful blog post titled “Your 2022 Guide to Central Park Denver Summer Camps” that includes a downloadable PDF full of info on all the camp options.
DPS school choice Round 1 is open until 2/15/22. Joe wrote a great blog to help you navigate how school choice works and sat down with Keely Buchanan to share her expertise. Check out the blog here.
I also wanted to share our latest Central Park Scoop Youtube videos that could be useful to buyers in the Central Park area:
Last, before we jump into the Real Estate update, I just wanted to acknowledge how excited the neighborhood is for new businesses that are popping up! Below are three blogs on local businesses with more to come this spring.
Now, on to the Real Estate update and all the latest listings!
This week we had 5 new listings that hit the market in Central Park. Inventory continues to be low, so if you are thinking of selling, now would be a great time! There are still many Buyers actively looking.
Here are a few we found interesting from the new listings this week:
This custom 5bed/4.5bath Parkwood home, listed for $1,395,000 by Mariel Ross with Focus Real Estate, is stunning! With just over 4,500 sqft, modern touches of sophistication run through the home which features 10′ ceilings, hardwood oak floors, and crown molding throughout the main floor and meticulously curated details bound to make you swoon at every turn. It includes a finished basement with on-trend wet bar, home theater space, rec room, workout room, bedroom, and full bathroom. The yard is dreamy and will make you want to spend your summer outdoors all the time! Showings start Friday, January 28th, don’t miss this one!
Dreaming of the Eastbridge neighborhood? This 3,203 sq ft home is situated within walking distance to F-15 pool, the Eastbridge Towncenter, and the Stanley Marketplace. It features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an open concept main living space. A renovated kitchen with white cabinetry and quartz counter serves as the heart of the home. This home is listed by The Blank and Bingham Team of The Agency- Denver.
This past week 14 homes went under contract in the neighborhood.
There were 3 homes that closed last week ranging from 765,000 to $1,230,00. If you’re curious what your home is worth, we’re always happy to do a free, no-obligation valuation if you’re considering a future sale.
There are only 5 active listings on the market in Central Park right now. Not seeing what you are looking for? There are still new build homes available in the North End neighborhood. Remaining builders include Infinity, Parkwood, David Weekley, Wonderland and Brookfield Residential. Grab our North End Builder Cheat Sheet to zone in on which builders could be the best fit for you based on price, size, and more.
If you’re looking to purchase a home, I would love to help you navigate the market to find your dream home as easily as possible. My contact information is listed below, and I am always happy to help!

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
