We had fun pulling out the sled and are secretly looking forward to more snow next week… January has flown by, and it feels like we’re all off to the races, both in Real Estate and planning for 2022! If you haven’t begun to plan your summer care yet, or you’re new to the area, now is the time to begin! Registration can start in January and various summer camps have already opened registration. Ashley put together a helpful blog post titled “Your 2022 Guide to Central Park Denver Summer Camps” that includes a downloadable PDF full of info on all the camp options.

This week we had 5 new listings that hit the market in Central Park. Inventory continues to be low, so if you are thinking of selling, now would be a great time! There are still many Buyers actively looking.
