Central Park’s North End neighborhood

Before we dive into the real estate update – which includes a new listing by Joe Philips on our team (5257 Clinton Street; the basement is pictured in the cover photo) – I wanted to pause on this map.

Zoom in and you’ll see two black rectangles. This is where the last few Infinity Altos are being built in Central Park’s North End neighborhood.

If you’d like learn what Infinity has left in Central Park, Rebecca Fawcett on our team has all the details here.

As a very (very!) short summary, there are 7 total Altos and 4 Vives lots/specs/models available in North End … and then that’s it for Infinity new build homes in Central Park. We expect these to go quickly!

Rebecca and I are also following Infinity to two new neighborhoods. If you’re an Infinity fan, the Canyons in Denver’s Castle Pines has 6 homes available.

Lyric in Lone Tree has 41 new Infinity lots coming online soon (exciting!). Lyric has been described by our builder friends as a “Central Park-similar” neighborhood, so I included a map of Lyric toward the bottom of this post so you can see where it’s located.

Please reach out to Rebecca ([email protected]) or me ([email protected]) if you’d like to learn more about building with Infinity.

Also, I wanted to chat about this new Scoop post from our friend Molly (who lives in Beeler Park!) that I especially like:

Our Top 5 Interior Design Tips for Personalizing Your Builder-Grade Home

Unique brass hardware in a Willow Park home. Design: MC Design Interiors. Photo Credit: Elizabeth Gordon Photography

This is a topic I chat with often with Central Park friends and clients. After all, almost everyone in the neighborhood has a production or semi-custom builder home.

Many Central Park builder homes are amazing. I’ve been in many awesome Infinitys, Parkwoods, Thrives, David Weekleys, Lennars, and more. But how do you take a builder home and make it special, unique, different?

Here’s a quick excerpt from Molly at MC Design Interiors‘ post on an easy change we sometimes advise clients to do when listing their homes for sale:

“Hardware is often referred to as the jewelry of interior design. It is an easy DIY change that can personalize your space. You can choose knobs or pulls that align with your aesthetic, whether it’s sleek and modern, vintage and eclectic, or anything in between. For distinctive hardware finds, Etsy is a great place to look. Brass has ruled Instagram and Pinterest for the past few years, but we’ve recently seen an exciting turn toward brushed nickel.”

Great advice!
