The Michelin Guide, known for the highest accolades in the dining world, just awarded a Bib Gourmand to Annette. Bib Gourmands recognize restaurants that offer great food at great value—in other words, restaurants where the food is incredible but you don’t have to take out a second mortgage to eat there.
If you haven’t been, Annette, located near Boychik and Chi Lin at the Stanley Marketplace, is a local gem, with elevated food in the kind of refined but relaxed atmosphere that fits perfectly into the neighborhood. Chef Caroline Glover focuses on wood-fired food, seasonal menus, and Colorado ingredients. Scroll through the photos of some of their current dishes to get the idea (and make your mouth water).
The Michelin Guide praised Annette’s “skillful, straightforward cooking with excellent farm-to-table ingredients and astute use of flavor,” the shoestring fries with roasted garlic aioli, and the house-made pastas, like mafaldine with ramps and morels.
We love to see a local business be celebrated and we’re glad that Annette can add this to their long list of culinary awards! Congratulations to the Annette team.
