Specials at Yardbird

In RiNo, Yardbird is well known as a spot for Happy Hours and indulgent dinners; they also boast an award-winning brunch with offerings that lean heavily into Southern accents and on Easter they’ve got two over-the-top Easter specials on offer in addition to the regular menu of southern-inspired classics:
- Spring flavors are spotlighted in the Asparagus and Goat Cheese Benedict with smoked salmon cake, buttermilk biscuit, hashbrown and a tarragon Hollandaise.
- And hold onto your hats for the Banana Pudding Cinnamon Roll with bourbon caramel, ‘Nilla wafers and fresh whipped cream.
Yardbird’s regular menu (think deviled eggs, coal-roasted rotisserie chicken, smoked brisket Hueveos Rancheros, and fried green tomato BLTs) is also available; don’t miss the traveling Yardbird Brunch Carts: the Bloody Mary cart with bourbon, housemade mix, pickled okra, bacon, celery, olive & lime, and the Mimosa Cart with your choice of orange, grapefruit, pineapple or cranberry.
Barcelona Easter Brunch
Location: 2900 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205
Barcelona Wine Bar is a dark horse brunch destination for groups and families of all sizes looking for a relaxed but fun atmosphere, tapas-bar-like service and award-winning Spanish wine selections. On Easter, Executive Chef Daniel LaCounte will be offering specials created just for the day alongside favorites from the regular brunch menu: don’t miss a plate piled high with Mangalica Estrellados and garlic aioli; Burrata with pears and dill; Eggplant Caponata with sweet peppers, onions and basil; or one of the two Benedicts: serrano or vegetable. If you have a sweet tooth consider the Tres Leches Overnight Oats with pepitas and poached pears or the Olive Oil Pancakes with Membrillo Butter and Pedro Ximenez syrup. It’s not brunch if it’s not boozy, so wash it all down with one of the award-winning wines from Spain, House Bloody Mary or a craft cocktail like the springlike Dos Penínsulas or the Guns & Rosés rosé based cocktail.
