Here at the Scoop we love learning about and supporting local businesses that help enrich our community, whether it’s new medical offices, non-profits, or entertainment options.
Skye Barker Maa, Patrick McMichael, and Brandi Shigley partnered together to bring the community their new endeavor, Sky Bar cocktail lounge at the Stanley marketplace! Sky Bar celebrates the “golden age of air travel with a nod to simpler times when you could sip a quality drink with ample space & comfort high above the clouds”. The overall experience is delightful and starts with check-in at the Sky Bar kiosk found on the first floor just outside Sweet Cow on the west side of the marketplace. You will then be taken up the elevator to the third floor where Sky Bar is located and immersed into a swanky bar setting with incredible sunset views of the mountains. The lounge is intimate with roughly a 25 person capacity.
Being a cocktail bar, carefully crafted drinks are the focus. You will always have your classics like the “Sky Bar Martini” and “Manhattan”, but also some new beverages to try like the “Acapulco” and “Paris”. Beer, wine and bubbles are also available!
Reservations are recommended but if you are feeling spontaneous, swing by, they usually leave room for walk-ins.
Sky Bar is open Wednesday-Sunday, from 5pm-10pm and is 21+ for entrance.
