Departures: Seneca
Seneca was ready to sell her half duplex near DU and move somewhere closer to the airport since she travels often for work. After exploring a bit she discovered Stapleton and we had a chance to meet for coffee. We helped her analyze all of her Stapleton options (new and resale) and we ended up finding her a KB paired home that was priced below market because the seller needed to move out of state quickly.
