Time for some news and notes from North End, Stapleton’s last neighborhood. This update will largely be focused on some “spec” homes (homes that are under construction and available) we’ve heard about lately. Before we jump in on the specs I wanted to mention the area is building out quickly. Every time we’re over there we’re seeing new homes popping up! If you haven’t been by in a while check out this Facebook photo album we did this week to show you progress in the area.
Here are the lots and spec homes available now we thought you may want to know about:
Parkwood Homes: Parkwood doesn’t have any specs but they do have just 2 single family home lots left so we wanted to make sure we mentioned them. If you’ve been fantasizing about customizing your own timeless Parkwood classic this is your last chance for a while. (more lots probably won’t become available until next year) Here are the locations of these last two lots. (yellow lots with a dot on them) You can still build an Asheville, a Chestertown, (just a few of our favorites!) or any of their other plans.
Infinity Home Collection: Infinity has a west-facing Luxe Plan 1 right across from the pool that’s nearing completion. The finishes are being installed now and it looks like it will be ready in roughly a month. If you haven’t seen these homes you can check out a FB Live tour we did recently at the Plan 1 model home. This home is loaded (upstairs loft, outdoor room option, outdoor & indoor fireplaces, etc) Here’s the floor plan and the selections sheet. Asking price is $1,251,767. Infinity also has dirt start opportunities if you want to make all your own selections & build your own dream home.
KB Home: KB has a “Verbena” single family spec home in North End available that should be done around October. Easy walk to tons of green space and Stapleton’s largest pool! The home’s selections are all being made by the builder any day now and we expect the all in price will be around $585k. The home has over 2,100 finished sf above grade, a finished basement and 4 bedrooms, which is all hard to find in the high $500k’s. (Plus KB is offering a $5k lender incentive for buyer’s that use their lender!) We have more info available on this one including the floor plan and selections sheet if you need it. There are also a few dirt starts available in this series but they’re going fast.
Lennar homes: Lennar has 4 of their Next Gen homes available now. All in prices in the low $700k’s make these a really appealing investment in my mind. I love that they have nearly 3,000 finished sf above grade, 3 car garages and a “mother in law” unit that provides buyers tons of flexibility. (nanny quarters, teenage hangout, home office, rental unit, etc!) Here are some details on their 4 available homes and you can check out the floor plans here. The homes will be complete in the October to January timeframe. (Side note: The new model home is open at 5668 Dallas St Denver, CO 80238.
Thrive Home Builders: Thrive just had a Skyline floor plan row home open up at 5680 Emporia St in North End that will be complete in June. Stylish finishes, an open concept and mountain views from the kitchen and master bedroom! Asking price is $501,500 and we have more details on the finishes selected if you’re interested. Dirt starts are available in this series too, so you can design your own if you’d like.
Wonderland Homes: Wonderland has homes available in several series but on this email I’ll focus on the modern Prominence single family home series. They have two homes with all in prices in the upper $500k’s (you can see those two here) that are nearing completion in June and July and then 4 more homes that are available in the fall that will end up in the high $500k’s/low $600k’s.
